Tape Two: Saunders Critical Thinking Skills for Medical Assistants: Communications and Caring

Each videotape consists of a series of topically related scenarios that target the more difficult concepts in the Medical Assisting curriculum. Some scenarios are incorporated into the Hunt: Saunders Fundamentals of Medical Assisting, and Potter: Medical Office Administration texts at the end of each chapter, with a short description of the scenario and some follow-up questions. Each video starts with a brief introduction, then the scenarios play out.
