Silver Gryphon

In 1996, Jim Turner, former editor at Arkham House, embarked on a new publishing adventure that he called Golden Gryphon Press. Unfortunately, Jim passed away in early 1999, but in those few years he had published four books and had begun work on two others. Jim's brother, Gary Turner, then assumed the publisher's mantle and, along with wife Geri, continued the work that Jim had begun. That same year Marty Halpern joined the Golden Gryphon Press family as editor and, later, as webmaster. In 2001, both Gary Turner and Marty Halpern were nominated for the World Fantasy Award for their work with Golden Gryphon Press. The Silver Gryphon anthology, the Press's twenty-fifth book, is dedicated to the memory of Jim TurnerTurner, Gary is the author of 'Silver Gryphon', published 2003 under ISBN 9781930846159 and ISBN 1930846150.
