In this study on the settlement of labour disputes ways of resolving labour disputes are discussed from a practical perspective. Rather than limiting themselves to written sources, the authors have based their thesis on the experiences of professionals working in the field of labour dispute settlement.In order to obtain the necessary information the authors made a questionnaire which was distributed among a number of professional mediators and conciliators in Europe.
