Christine Hall has produced and directed documentaries for the BBC for the past 15 years. She has had successes with films such as The Walton Girls Come of Age, charting a year in the life of the Walton sextuplets as they approached their eighteenth birthday; Richard Wilson Way Out West, which followed the comic actor as he learned to be a cowboy in Wyoming; and a profile of Anna Wintour, editor of American Vogue magazine James Hayes is a series producer in BBC Documentaries, where he has worked for 15 years. He has been responsible for acclaimed documentary series such as Fergal Keane's Forgotten Britain, HMS Splendid: Under the Sea, and film biographies on former world heavyweight boxing champion Sonny Liston and renowned yachtswoman Tracy Edwards Jo' Pratt is the home economist who wrote, tested and styled all the dishes in this book and the accompanying series.
