Diane Ronngren, a Level IV, NCGR Certified Astrologer, was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on August 2, 1949. With degrees in business and languages, advanced certification in Ericsonian Hypnosis and NLP, she is able to approach the many aspects of life with both understanding and common sense. Now a writer, consultant and lecturer, she previously pursued careers in adult education, international corporate management and diplomacy. In 1989, she combined her growing practice as a full-time consulting and teaching astrologer with her versatility as a business consultant, becoming an entrepreneur who allows her varying professional activities to incorporate her personal interests. Diane Ronngren is a popular speaker and teacher on a variety of topics. She has lectured and taught in Europe and the United States since the mid-1970’s. She has taught Astrology for the last 18 years, first in Southern California, then in New Mexico and now, in Nevada. Diane currently serves as co-founder and president of the Sierra Nevada Chapter of the National Council for Geocosmic Research (NCGR) in Reno. She has been a Member and Faculty Member of the American Federation of Astrologers for many years. She served on the Board of Aquarius Workshops for several years and maintained an active membership in AFAN and ISAR while living in Southern California. In the past few years Diane has written several booklets on astrological and meta-physical topics. A number of her astrological articles and series have appeared in American Astrology; she was a columnist for The New Mexico Light for four years. Her most recent book, Sage & Smudge: The Ultimate Guide”, received the annual 2004 COVR Visonary Award for Best Book, General Interest. Now Diane is comfortably settled in Reno, Nevada, after many years spent abroad, in Southern California and New Mexico. She maintains a busy schedule with her astrology practice, business consulting, motivational speaking and coaching.
