Theresa Adebola John was born in Washington, DC on November 1st, 1961 to Nigerian parents. After early schooling in England, she has lived for more than two decades in Nigeria where she became steeped in African culture. In 1998, she returned to the USA to live in Chicago. 'Bola holds a Ph.D. in pharmacology and has worked at the University of Lagos as a lecturer and at the Universities of Manchester and Illinois as a researcher. Her hobbies are writing, drawing, painting and playing music. Eni-Tobi, the King's Son is a youngster's story in African setting. It depicts simple Yoruba customs with imaginative exaggeration.
