Dr. Keith A. Jones is a Certified Quality Analyst and senior management specialist for American Airlines, division of SABRE Computer Services. He has worked at American Airlines in Resource Measurement and Forecasting, Methods and Standards, Transfer Pricing, System Cost Allocation, Application Process Metrics, and Quality Assurance departments. Dr. Jones has also worked as a senior analyst on contracts to design and develop large-scale host software performance monitoring systems for EPA, FDA, Medicare, Social Security, the US Public Health Service, the US Air Force, and NASA.
